These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the lunara mobile application ("App") operated by lunara ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use lunara. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Description of Service

lunara is a spiritual learning application that provides educational content and tools related to astrology, tarot, crystals, herbalism, numerology, and lunar cycles. The App includes:

• Structured lessons and learning paths
• Birth chart generation and analysis
• Tarot card readings
• Compatibility readings
• Progress tracking and quizzes

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

Certain features of the App are available at no cost.

Premium Subscription

Full access to all content and features requires a premium subscription ("lunara Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.

• Billing: You will be charged through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Free trials: If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policies.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content in the App — including lessons, text, graphics, illustrations, designs, icons, and software — is owned by lunara or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Educational Disclaimer

The content provided in lunara is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:

• Astrology, tarot, numerology, and lunar content are presented as spiritual and self-reflective practices. We make no claims of scientific validity or predictive accuracy.
• Herbalism and crystal content is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using herbs, crystals, or any alternative remedies for health purposes. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment based on information from this App.
• Compatibility readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They should not be the sole basis for relationship decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Share or redistribute premium content
• Create automated accounts or use bots to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

7. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Modifications

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUNARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless lunara, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and lunara regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
